*Pomo What Doro?*

Welcome to something that even I was partially oblivious to. Yes, somewhat because, though I do follow this technique…I just did not know that it had a name too!

Life sometimes gets too difficult to balance, especially getting tasks done on time!

Life sometimes gets too tricky to balance, especially getting tasks done on time! Yet, we overburden ourselves and push to the verge of exhaustion to meet the tiny goals we set for the day/week. This not only affects our mental health but physical health as well.
.
.
The solution lies in something I value the most—Time.
In situations like these, time management is the key to get everything crossed off our to-do lists by merely using the Pomodoro Technique.”

This technique enhances productivity. This method allows you to efficiently divide your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks; these intervals are pomodoros. After about four pomodoros, you take a more extended break; this can range from 15 to 20 minutes.

The Catch?

.

.

YOU HAVE TO DEVOTE YOURSELF FULLY TO A POMODORO WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTION! YOU HAVE TO SET THE TIMER AND CANNOT SPLIT TIME! AND YOU CANNOT CHEAT BY GIVING A TASK AN EXTRA FEW MINUTES! WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF THEN SIMPLY MARK A CIRCLE/TICK/X-MARK ON A SHEET NEXT TO TE TO-DO LIST AND TAKE A BREAK OF 5 MINUTES! MOVE FORWARD TO THE NEXT TASK GOT IT?

Though, I am very punctual, but I have never given my core activities 25 minutes duration. This was challenging, yet fun! I managed complete some tasks, but not all!

Do try! Have Fun!
